Please fill device's serial number (SN or MAC) to check end of warranty, make RMA request or see it status.
Please send the device as soon as possible. If BATNA company will not receive the device within 30 days, request will be canceled in the RMA system.
Due to the declaration of an epidemiological state, any processing of services may be extended. Please be patient and understanding.

From 1st of January 2022 we are changing RMA's address (complaints address). Please send all packages with the products from 23.12.2021 to the address 1 maja 23, 42-217 Częstochowa.
